One word: water. Yes, water.

Water plays an essential role in any weight loss program for several reasons. First, it aids digestion and assists in elimination. Even more importantly, drinking a regular supply of water throughout your day will ensure the fact that your body is consistently well hydrated. This, of course, aids in all facets of maintaining efficient body functions. The importance of water to a weight loss program cannot be overstated.

Now, let’s talk about carbohydrates. They are the little rascals that give us energy and, as such, they are highly important as you try to lose weight. But you must bear in mind that not all carbohydrates are created equal. Some are a positive influence on your diet, but others are not.

For example, simple carbohydrates like sugar can, indeed, supply a shot of energy. Sugar enters the bloodstream quickly, but acts more like a hit and run quick cure than a sustained level of energy than can be realized by consuming the complex carbohydrates, like vegetables, fruits and grains. The complex variety also has the benefit of ‘filling you up’, thereby staving off hunger for a longer period.

In the American lifestyle, too many people are eating far too many simple carbohydrates, due in large part to our dependence on junk foods. Raise your intake slowly, over a week or more, until you reach the recommended level.

That's how fat loss actually works. It’s all in the numbers. However, not taking an honest look at the cause and effect of this math will make easy fat loss nearly impossible. Not being honest when it comes to what we really eat- and how active we are- is where too many of us set ourselves up for failure before even beginning.

So my number 1 successful fat loss tip: Take a totally honest look at what you eat and how active you are. You can’t fix an issue you refuse to see. All the free fat loss tips in the world can’t help without a honest lookthe situation.

My next most practical fat loss tip is to eat natural food. Junk food is just not what your body was designed to use. Highly processed foods make it even harder for your body to use the fat you have stored for fuel.

Then for your first meal, eat nothing but protein- for example eggs- for breakfast.

Do you see why this fat loss tip works so well? You wake up with no fuel in your system, so when you get active, your body has no choice but to burn body fat for fuel.

My last "fat loss explained" example is this: Take action. You can know every honest fat loss tip in the universe, but it won’t do you one bit of good until you begin doing something. I know this may sound very annoying, but I lose body fat kind of as a hobby. I’ve gotten so good at it, that sometimes I do it just for grins.

However, I want you to know I couldn’t always do this. I failed at safe weight loss for over 30 years. However, now that I know how easy it is to lose weight safely and naturally- once you understand how- I’m filled with safe weight loss success advice.

So here’s my top tips for safe weight loss:

First, totally forget diet and weight loss pills and drugs. These are guaranteed to waste your money when it comes to safe fat loss success. If you need proof, just look at the facts:  Nearly two out of three Americans are overweight or obese while spending 40 billion dollars annually on weight loss products.

Nuff said.

Sucesssful and safe weight loss is a skill you need to learn. It’s similar to learning how to ride a bike. It’s a little awkward at first, but once you go through the trial and error to learn how, weight loss success becomes simple- and you know how to safely keep weight off for as long as you want.

Here's the true key to healthy and safe weight loss:

There is only ONE permanent and safe weight loss solution: You have to use more calories than you consume. NOTHING ELSE WILL EVER WORK. Anybody that tells you anything different is only out for your money. 

You probably already knew that. Most people know what they have to do. So then why do so many people fail- no matter how many weight loss ideas, techniques, or secrets they hear about? They just refuse to do what really works.

That brings us to the the true “secret” to safe and effective weight loss:

You have to shift your habits from bad ones that are causing you to gain fat over to new habits that make you to lose it. That's all there really is to it. However, that is where everyone fails. They either try weight loss short cuts that can’t work permanently- like diets, pills, patches, etc. Or they do what works, but they give up before their new weight loss habits have time to work permanently.

Healthy, natural, and safe weight loss can be made simple, IF we just take the time to learn what works for us when it comes to changing our habits. Remember, nothing else can work. So if you want to lose weight naturally and permanently, you need to learn how to do it the way it works for you. NOT the way it works for the fitness model on TV. Allow me to give you one example. It took me three months to give up the habit of drinking cola. But since I was looking for a natural weight loss solution, I knew those sodas had to go. Basically, I had to work on that habit. First I stopping keeping soda pop in the house. Then I cut back to smaller amounts when eating out. Then I said only on two days a week. Then I quit cold turkey. Now I think sodo is too sweet.

Do you see my safe and natural weight loss “secret?” I had to learn how to change that weight gain habit- drinking too much soda- over to a weight loss habit- drinking water or tea. This is why so many people fail at permeant weight loss. They refuse to change their weight gain habits. But this is what you need to do. A safe weight loss solution is in your habits, not in shortcuts you buy as pills or herbs.

Remember about 200 million people have already proven there are no short cuts or special secrets to safe weight loss. Don’t waste your time proving it again.

If a lack of activity is causing you to gain fat, you have to change that old habit over to a new habit that will cause you to lose weight. But don’t try something that’s so hard you'll quit. Weight Loss Pills for Obesity

Weight control pills can be purchased either over-the-counter or prescribed by a doctor but even with the advances in medical technology they can still cause a lot of health related problems which can be unpleasant such as diarrhea and vomiting. Other harmful side effects include tightness in the chest, urinary tract problems and stroke.

There are many factors that could contribute to any problems you experience and these do not necessarily stop when you cease taking the pills. These effects can be equally unpleasant as the side effects occurring as a result of taking weight control pills.

Although these weight loss drugs do work, an increase in beneficial effects occurs when regular exercise is undertaken along with a change in eating habits.
